FAQ

ARE OUR ITEMS BRAND NEW?

Yes, all of our items are brand new.  They are mainly sourced from clearance sources to keep our prices as low as possible.  All items we sell brand new, albeit mainly past season(s) products.  In rare cases, there may be some minor cosmetic damages to packaging, but this should not detract from the quality of the product inside.

ARE OUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

All due care and diligence is taken when sourcing and selling our items.  We only buy from recognised suppliers based in the UK using full invoicing.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND WHO DELIVERS IT?

We will always try our best to dispatch our orders on the day of purchase.  We have a Royal Mail collection (for items under 1.2kg) booked in at 4pm each day, so providing orders are made before 2pm that day, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day.  Orders made after 2pm may be dispatched the next business day.  Please note, we do not dispatch parcels on Saturdays or Public Holidays.  Parcels are always dispatched on a next business day, signed for service at no extra cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Due to the large amount of parcels we ship, we would ask that in the rare event and item marked as shipped is not received within 7 working days, please contact us via our messaging system or on 01202 668817 / 07837 060911.  We do understand that sometimes parcels are delayed, however, please make us aware if this is the case.

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE/IT DOES NOT FIT/IS DAMAGED?

UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE - If you change your mind when your item arrives, simply send back to us for a full refund.

ITEM DOES NOT FIT - If your item does not fit, we can offer the following resolutions:  Alternative size (stock dependent) being sent instead at no extra cost or full refund on receipt of unsuitable item.  Please remember, sizing varies on all products (eg a size 10 in one shop may differ slightly from a size 10 elsewhere) so please allow for this when making you selections.

DAMAGE - If your parcel arrives and the box/bag is visibly damaged, we would always ask you to sign as damaged as if you do not, we cannot lodge any type of claim with the courier and cannot be held liable for any damage to the item.
